Bring your own rater

Connect the rater your agency already licenses and quote from inside the customer's profile — Dax prefills the risk and captures the result, so nothing gets re-typed.

How it works

Dax doesn’t rate — it hands your rater a fully prefilled risk and records what comes back. Connect your own license once, and every quote starts from the customer you’re already looking at, then the chosen carrier and premium file back onto the profile and into your pipeline.

Connect it

1

Open Settings → Your rater

Pick your rater (EZLynx, PL Rating, TurboRater, Tarmika, and others) or choose Otherto enter any rater’s launch URL.
2

Add your access

Paste your rater’s bridge/launch URL, or — where your rater offers an API or single sign-on — your credentials. This is your license and your cost; Dax never resells rating.
3

Rate from a customer or prospect

On any record, click Rate this risk. Dax opens your rater pre-filled with the insured, drivers, vehicles, and property already mapped over.
4

Record the result back

Enter the winning carrier and premium (or capture it from the bridge) and Dax writes the quote onto the profile, updates the pipeline, and keeps your close-the-loop history.

How deep the integration goes depends on your rater

Raters that expose an API or SSO can embed more fully; others support a pre-filled bridge (a new tab, logged in as you). Either way you stop re-keying the same risk twice.
