Yes — 30 days, no credit card to start. You get the entire platform, not a stripped-down demo. When the trial ends you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted either way, and you can export your whole book at any time.
No. Every plan is the identical product — carrier download, e-signatures, AI intake, commissions, calling and texting, all of it. The only thing that changes is how many seats you buy, and the more you buy, the less each one costs. Enterprise adds service — dedicated onboarding, a named support contact, a security review — not software.
One seat is one agent login. If you suspend an agent they stop consuming a seat, so you never keep paying for someone you've already shut off.
You pay for 10 months and get 12 — two months free. Basic is $2,000 per seat per year, an effective $166.67 a month. Pro is $1,800 per seat per year, an effective $150 a month.
Any time. Add a seat and we charge only the prorated difference for the rest of your period. As your team grows past one seat you move to Pro — and your per-seat price goes down, not up.
Yes. E-sign is built into the platform, not resold from a vendor, so there are no per-envelope or per-user signing fees at any volume.
Dax adds zero markup. Calls and texts run on your agency's own Twilio number at Twilio's rates — roughly a cent per text, a couple cents per minute — billed by Twilio directly to you.
You keep access through the period you've already paid for, and you can export your entire book — customers, policies, coverages, endorsements — as CSVs whenever you like. Your data is yours; it's written into our Terms.
